Doctors~

	David Swieckowski, DVM~ Dr. Swieckowski grew up in Colorado Springs, CO. He earned both his bachelors and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Colorado State University, which he completed in 1982. He served as a U.S. Army Department of Defense Veterinarian for seven years. Afterwards, Dr. Swieckowski was a veterinarian at Utica, NY zoo for a year and a half. He became the owner of the Franktown Animal Clinic in 1990. Dr. Swieckowski is married, has two sons and numerous pets. He enjoys skiing, music and playing in the mountains.
	Cindy Alsobrook, DVM~ Dr. Alsobrook has been a veterinarian at Franktown Animal Clinic for 15 years. She graduated from Kansas State University in 1986 with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine. She also holds a BS in microbiology from the University of Wyoming. Dr. Alsobrook lives in the Elizabeth area with her husband Gary and two sons. She enjoys gardening, skiing, quilting and kickboxing.
	Kim Vanderholm, DVM~ Dr. Vanderholm received a degree as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine in 1997, from Kansas State University. She practiced here from 1997 until 2004 when she relocated to South Florida. In 2007 Dr. Vanderholm and her family moved back to Colorado; it seemed like she had never left. She took the 1st CSU accupuncture course in 1998, and is now a teacher for the course at CSU. She enjoys snowboarding with her family, riding horses, and motorcycles.
	Sharon Staples, DVM~ Dr. Staples graduated from CSU in 1990. She worked in Maine after graduation, and returned to Colorado to open her own small animal practice, Animal Haven Veterinary Clinic, which she owned from November 1991 to July 2004. She sold her practice in 2004 while deployed overseas as an Army Reserve Veterinarian in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Upon returning, she started a Veterinarian Relief practice, filling in at clinics including Franktown Animal Clinic. After another deployment to Afghanistan from November 2008 to June 2009, she has returned to our team.
